Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 681-13-.02 - Hour Requirement

Renewal of a license shall not be granted unless the licensee submits satisfactory proof of at least six (6) hours of attendance at Board approved Continuing Education within nine (9) months prior to renewal of a license, even year. A minimum of one (1) hour s of Continuing Education must be related to the processing of tags and titles. Upon completion of the seminar, the certificate must be issued in the same name as the company employing the instructors.
