Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 80-5-3-.02 - Notification of Intent to Sell Annuities

A financial institution that wishes to sell annuities must give prior notification to the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance pursuant to Rule 120-2-71-.03.
