Haw. Code R. § 10-7-11 - Supplemental provisions of the declaration
The declarant is authorized to adopt supplemental provisions in accordance with this chapter to implement and carry out the purposes of this chapter; provided that any of the supplemental provisions adopted shall not conflict with the act and this title.
