Haw. Code R. § 10-7-19 - Voting
Class A membership and class B membership shall have voting powers as set by the declarant in the declaration, provided each class A member shall have one vote and, during the period of declarant control, class B membership shall have a greater number of votes per lot or unit than class A membership.
