Haw. Code R. § 10-7-4 - Native Hawaiian cultural values
(a) The governing documents shall take in to account and embody native Hawaiian cultural values as appropriate for the location, development, and lessees.
(b) General parameters and guidelines shall be developed by the department through beneficiary consultation. The finalized document shall be approved by the commission and included in the declaration.
