Haw. Code R. § 11-104.1-3 - Prohibited acts
No person shall handle, treat, dispose of, transport, or store infectious waste or treated infectious waste except in accordance with these rules. Any infraction of this section shall be subject to administrative penalties or fines as set forth in section 11-104.1-42.
