Haw. Code R. § 11-110.1-33 - Exemptions
Any new clinical laboratory personnel licensing requirement that is added by this subchapter shall not be a bar to the license renewal of any person who held a clinical laboratory personnel license immediately prior to the effective date of this subchapter.
