Haw. Code R. § 11-110.1-37 - Violations

Anyone who violates any provision of this subchapter may be fined not more than $1000 for each day of violation, may be subject to revocation, suspension, restriction, or limitation of licensure or to any other remedies or provisions of §§ 321-15 and 321-20, HRS, and may have recourse to an administrative hearing in accordance with chapter 91, HRS, and the department's rules of practice and procedure.
