Haw. Code R. § 11-113-23 - Relicensing of medical review officer
Following the termination or expiration of any suspension or revocation, the individual may apply for relicensing. Upon the submission of evidence satisfactory to the director that the individual is in compliance with this chapter, and any other conditions imposed as part of the suspension or revocation, the director may relicense the individual.
