Haw. Code R. § 11-114-2 - Compliance

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as limiting the introduction in any legal proceeding of relevant evidence of the alcohol concentration of a person's blood, breath, or other bodily substance not obtained in strict compliance with the requirements of this chapter provided that the evidence is offered in compliance with the Hawaii rules of evidence.
