Haw. Code R. § 11-143-12 - Confidentiality
All information, including records, correspondence, and documents, specific to individual newborns, shall be confidential and shall be used solely for the purposes of medical intervention, counseling, scientific research, or reporting. The infant's name shall be kept confidential.
