Haw. Code R. § 11-148.1-50 - Income
(a) A certified caregiver shall not operate a
boarding house, rooming house or residential care facility on the
premises.
(b) Business conducted
from the home must be in accordance with applicable federal, state, and county
law and regulations.
(c)
Face-to-face business transactions shall not be conducted on the premises of
the adult foster home.
