Haw. Code R. § 11-15-100 - Severability
Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or application of this chapter be declared unconstitutional invalid for any reason, the remaining sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses, phrases, or applications of this chapter shall not be affected.
