Haw. Code R. § 11-156-4.3 - Interventions for disease prevention and control

(a) Exhibit C, "Hawaii Isolation and Control Requirements (January, 2001)," located at the end of this chapter, is made a part of this chapter. The interventions prescribed in Exhibit C apply to diagnosed or suspected cases as well as contacts of diagnosed or suspected cases of the communicable diseases listed.
