Haw. Code R. § 11-157-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to establish pediatric immunization recommendations and immunization and examination requirements for school, post-secondary school, and child care facility attendance in the State of Hawaii and to provide for the immunization of indigents and other high risk individuals.
