Haw. Code R. § 11-157-3.1 - Responsibility

(a) Each person is responsible for his or her own immunizations, except that each parent, guardian, or other person who has care, custody, or control of a minor, protected person, or dependent is responsible for the immunization and examination of his or her minor, protected person, or dependent.

(b) Each school, post-secondary school, and child care facility principal or administrator shall ensure that his or her school or facility only admits students or children who comply with this chapter.
