Haw. Code R. § 11-160-35 - Renewals
(a) A registration card issued to a
qualifying patient or primary caregiver may be renewed, on forms and in a
manner prescribed by the department, by meeting the requirements of subchapter
4.
(b) The department shall process
renewal applications in the same manner as specified in subchapter
4.
(c) A qualifying patient or primary caregiver
shall initiate an application for a renewal of a registration no earlier than
sixty days before the expiration date of the current registration.
