Haw. Code R. § 11-160-43.06 - Possession of registration card
A qualifying out-of-state patient or caregiver of a qualifying out-of-state patient to whom the department has issued a registration card shall carry the registration card on his or her person whenever the person is in possession of medical cannabis.
