Haw. Code R. § 11-172-18 - Plan of correction
The applicant shall submit a written plan of correction which shall describe the actions to be taken and specify a timetable for correcting the areas of non-compliance with the certification requirements. The applicant shall submit the written plan to the department within thirty days after receipt of the written statement of non-compliance from the department.
