Haw. Code R. § 11-175-24 - Interpreters
Consumers who speak no or limited English or who are hearing impaired shall be provided the services of a qualified interpreter for the purpose of interpretation and translation and assisting the consumer to obtain all needed service elements as described in subchapter 3 of these rules, and for the purpose of exercising all rights as described in subchapter 4.
