Haw. Code R. § 11-175-62 - Right to prevocational and vocational programs in residential treatment facilities
Residential treatment facilities shall:
(1) Provide a program for consumers which
includes increasing levels of independent functioning as appropriate;
and
(2) Ensure that consumers have
access to prevocational and vocational programs.
