Haw. Code R. § 11-177.1-3 - Advisory board
(a) The division
chief shall appoint five members to serve on the advisory board.
(b) The members shall be certified in a
category defined in subchapter.
(c)
Membership terms. Members shall serve for terms of three years each. No person
shall serve more than two consecutive terms.
