Haw. Code R. § 11-177.1-36 - Refusal of application
An application for certification, the examination, recertification, or an application for a category not requiring an examination may be refused for any of the reasons specified in section 11-177.1-34. The refusal shall:
(1) Be in writing;
(2) State the reason for the
refusal;
(3) State the duration of
time that must pass before an application may be resubmitted; and
(4) State the conditions for resubmission of
the application.
