Haw. Code R. § 11-178-6 - Application
(a) The applicant shall comply with federal,
state, and county building, housing, fire, and other codes ordinances, and
laws.
(b) The applicant shall meet
the registry standards for clean and sober homes pursuant to §
11-178-7.
