Haw. Code R. § 11-186-28 - Separate applications

When the same applicant has more than one proposal, the agency may direct the applicant to file a separate application for each proposal if the agency determines that separate consideration of the proposals may assist the agency in reaching an informed decision on the merits of each proposal.
