Haw. Code R. § 11-186-30 - Determination of completeness
(a) An application
is complete when the agency determines that the application is properly filled
out and includes all necessary information.
(b) The agency shall determine if the
application is complete within thirty days after the application is filed. If
the application is incomplete, the agency shall notify the applicant of the
actions or additional information required to complete the application. The
applicant shall have sixty days in which to complete the application. The sixty
days shall be computed from the date when the agency provides notification to
the applicant.
(c) If the applicant
fails to complete the application within the sixty days, the agency may dismiss
the application without prejudice pursuant to section
11-186-59.
