Haw. Code R. § 11-186-37 - Length of review period
To the extent practicable, the period for agency review of the application shall not exceed ninety days from the date of notification to the date when the agency files its decision on the merits of the application. The agency may extend the period for agency review beyond the ninety days as provided in section 11-186-41.
