Haw. Code R. § 11-186-48 - Appearances

In any proceeding before the statewide council, the review panel, a countywide review committee, a subarea council, or the reconsideration committee, any person may appear on their own behalf or the person may appear by or with an attorney or another person designated as a representative If a person is represented by an attorney, the attorney shall be licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Hawaii The statewide council, the review panel, a countywide review committee, a subarea council, or the reconsideration committee may at any time require any person who is appearing in a representative capacity to show their authority to act in that capacity.
