Haw. Code R. § 11-186-54 - Request for additional information
At any time during the period for agency review of the application, the agency may request the applicant to provide additional information respecting the subject of the review. If the agency does make such a request, the applicant shall have fifteen days in which to provide the information to the agency, and the period for agency review shall, at the request of the applicant, be extended fifteen days. This extension shall apply to all other applications which have been consolidated for review with the application for which additional information is requested. If the applicant fails to provide the additional information to the agency within the fifteen days, the agency may dismiss the application without prejudice pursuant to section 11-186-59.
