Haw. Code R. § 11-186-89 - Periodic reports
After a certificate of need is issued, the holder of the certificate of need shall file with the agency such periodic reports as the agency may from time to time require on the development and progress of the project that is the subject of the certificate of need. The periodic reports shall be in the format designated by the agency, shall contain the information required by the agency, and shall be filed within the deadlines specified he agency.
