Haw. Code R. § 11-188-10 - Protected health information identifiers
To minimize the risk of data breaches and re-identification of data, the data and information submitted to the agency shall include only the minimum protected health information identifiers according to the data submission guide necessary to link the public and private data sources and the geographic and services data to undertake studies.
