Haw. Code R. § 11-188-20 - Data use
The agency and the agency's designees shall use the data for studies on the cost and quality of care, population health, health disparities, consumer transparency in the cost and quality of health care, health care planning, and to inform public policy. Initial studies will be conducted for the EUTF, state medicaid agency, department of health, state legislature, department of commerce and consumer affairs, state health planning and development agency, and publicly accessible reporting.
