Haw. Code R. § 11-19-2 - Definitions

As used in this chapter:

"CDA" means Civil Defense Agency.

"Corps" means United States Army Corps of Engineers.

"DHO" means the state department of health district health officer or district health office, as appropriate.

"DOH" means the state department of health.

"DWS" means the department of water supply.

"EPHSD" means the environmental protection and health services division of the state department of health.

"MHSD" means the medical health services division of the state department of health.
