Haw. Code R. § 11-20-41 - Use of other non-centralized treatment devices

The supplier of water shall not use bottled water or point-of-use devices to achieve compliance with an MCL. Bottled water or point-of-use devices may be used on a temporary basis to avoid an unreasonable risk to health.
