Haw. Code R. § 11-20-8 - Sampling and analytical requirements

All sampling and analyses required by this chapter shall be performed in accordance with procedures approved by the administrator In any case in which a provision of this chapter requires sampling and analysis to be performed by the supplier of water, such sampling may, at the discretion of the director, be performed by the State pursuant to prior notification to the water supplier by the director and under such conditions as the director may specify.
