Haw. Code R. § 11-216-1 - Purpose and scope
The purpose of this chapter is to establish rules of practice and procedures which shall govern procedures for the disability and communication access board in reviewing construction documents in accordance with section 103-50/ HRS. These rules shall be construed to secure the just and speedy determination of every proceeding authorized by law.
