Haw. Code R. § 11-216-46 - Review by facility access unit
The facility access unit shall review every petition requesting an interpretive opinion. A petition requesting an interpretive opinion may be submitted directly to the board. Submission of a petition directly to the board does not preclude review by the facility access unit.
