Haw. Code R. § 11-216-91 - Transcript of testimony
Unless otherwise specifically ordered by the presiding officer, testimony given at a design specification proceeding shall not be reported verbatim. All supporting written statements, maps, charts, tabulations or similar data presented at the proceeding, and which are deemed to be authentic and relevant by the presiding officer, shall be accepted by the board and made a part of the record.
