Haw. Code R. § 11-216-92 - Continuance of proceedings
All design specification proceedings shall be held at the time and place as set forth in the notice of the proceeding. The presiding officer may continue the proceeding from day to day or adjourn to a later date or to a different place without further notice, provided such an announcement is made at the original proceeding.
