Haw. Code R. § 11-26-42 - Procedure
(a) The disinsection procedures such as
choice of insecticide and manner of application will conform to 42 CFR 71.102
entitled "Sanitary Inspection: Control of Rodents, Insects, and Other Vermin;
Disinsection."
(b) The pilot in
command shall determine that the aircraft is disinsected according to the
provisions of this regulation.
