Haw. Code R. § 11-264-572 - Design and installation of new drip pads
Owners and operators of new drip pads must ensure that the pads are designed, installed, and operated in accordance with one of the following:
(a) all of the requirements
of sections 11-264-573 (except paragraph 11-264-573(a) (4)), 11-264-574 and
11-264-575, or
(b) all of the
requirements of sections 11-264-573 (except subsection 11-264-573(b)),
11-264-574 and 11-264-575.
