Monitoring, testing, analytical data, inspections, response, and reporting procedures and frequencies must ensure compliance with sections 11-264-601, 11-264-15, 11-264-33, 11-264-75, 11-264-76, 11-264-77, and 11-264-101 as well as meet any additional requirements needed to protect human health and the environment as specified in the permit.
