(a) The incorporation by reference of
40 C.F.R. section
265.1050 is amended as follows:
40 C.F.R. section
265.1050(f) is excluded from
incorporation.
(b) The
incorporation by reference of
40 C.F.R. section
265.1060 is amended as follows: in
40 C.F.R. section
265.1060 (b)(3), delete
"EPA".
