Haw. Code R. § 11-265-1200 - Applicability
The requirements of this subchapter apply to owners or operators who store munitions and explosive hazardous wastes, except as section 11-265-1 provides otherwise.

Depending on explosive hazards, hazardous waste munitions and explosives may also be managed in other types of storage units, including containment buildings (chapter 11-265, subchapter DD), tanks (chapter 11-265, subchapter J), or containers (chapter 11-265, subchapter I); See section 11-266-205 for storage of waste military munitions.
