Haw. Code R. § 11-279.1-12 - Recordkeeping requirement for used oil generators
Used oil generators shall keep a record of each shipment of used oil that is delivered to a used oil transporter, or to a used oil burner, processor/re-refiner, or disposal facility.
(1) Records of each delivery shall include:
(A) The name and address of the receiving
facility or transporter;
(B) The
EPA identification number of the receiving facility or transporter;
(C) The quantity of used oil
delivered;
(D) The date of
delivery; and
(E) Except as
provided in paragraph (2), the signature, dated upon receipt of the used oil,
of a representative of the receiving facility or transporter.
(2) Intermediate rail transporters
are not required to sign the record of delivery.
(3) The records described in paragraph (1)
shall be maintained for at least three years.
