Haw. Code R. § 11-280.1-65.2 - Release response reporting
(a) No later than
ninety days following the confirmation of a release, owners and operators must
submit to the department a written report in the format specified by the
department. The report must include:
(1) All
release response actions taken pursuant to this subchapter during the first
ninety-day period (first quarter); and
(2) A plan for future release response
actions to be taken.
(b)
Beginning one hundred eighty days following confirmation of a release, owners
and operators must submit to the department written quarterly progress reports
and an electronic copy of the written report in a format specified by the
department. The reports must document:
(1) All
response actions taken pursuant to this subchapter after the last reported
date;
(2) A plan for future release
response actions to be taken; and
(3) Information required pursuant to section
11-280.1-65.1.
(c) Quarterly progress reports are not
required if:
(1) Response actions have met
the requirements of section
11-280.1-65.3; and
(2) A final quarterly report has been
submitted.
