Haw. Code R. § 11-282-45 - Load inspection requirements
(a) Redemption
center staff shall visually inspect each load of containers for which value is
claimed to determine whether each load is eligible for refund value. A load of
materials shall be ineligible for any refund value if it meets any criterion
stated in chapter 342G-116, HRS.
