Haw. Code R. § 11-351-9 - Disapproval of loan applications
The director may disapprove the loan application for any of the following reasons:
(1) Applicant
cannot meet certain practical credit requirements established by the loan
advisory committee;
(2) Applicant's
moral character is questionable as determined by the loan advisory committee;
or
(3) Applicant fails to meet
other criteria deemed necessary by the loan advisory committee in justifying or
granting a loan.
