Haw. Code R. § 11-36-4 - Location of vending machines
(a) Before placing
a vending machine in an establishment, the prospective permittee shall obtain
written permission to do so from the proprietor or director of such
establishment. Such permission shall be made available to the department upon
request. Vending machines shall not be located:
(1) In schools.
(2) In areas where heat, water, or other
ambient conditions may deteriorate the vending machine or its
contents.
