Haw. Code R. § 11-37-53 - Storage of hemp biomass, crude extract, manufactured hemp products, and wastes
Hemp biomass, crude extract, manufactured hemp products, and any toxic or otherwise hazardous by-products of hemp processing, including but not limited to delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol, shall be stored within a hemp processing facility that meets the requirements of this subchapter and subchapter 6.
